In October 1988 Dr. Nelson Haden opened the doors of what was then the AMC of Garner. Over the course of the next 27 years he worked diligently to provide the community with an unparalleled level of care and attention. In July 2014, after meeting with and getting to know them personally; Dr. Haden elected to sell the practice to Drs. Aaron Wolff and Lindsay Dzombar. Dr. Haden continues to be a dear friend of the practice and has been instrumental in helping in the smooth transition of ownership.
